Pioneering authoritative volumes on practical systematic multi-jurisdictional international law
The centerpiece of Garb’s publications are a series of highly regarded practical volumes on international law utilizing his pioneering use of a unique systematic comparative template. These works collate and synthesize a carefully calibrated set of responses to a standard questionnaire, by expert practitioners in each jurisdiction, giving readers practical guidance informed by the most current information by active practitioners worldwide in the fields of litigation, and of probate in particular.
Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Kluwer Law International 1995). Currently in its forty nineth edition, this critically acclaimed landmark volume covers more than eighty jurisdictions.
